My favorite spot on campus is...

My favorite spot on campus is the quad. It's a great place to sit with your friends and hang out. We also have most of our events in the quad. I have met so many new people going to events and just sitting out in the sun. I found it is also a great place to study when the weather is good.

My advice to incoming students is to be proactive in not letting your academics consume you. You'll burn out and become less interested and your grades will drop. Don't be afraid to make friends, go to events on campus, and have fun. You need the whole experience.

The highlight of my college experience at LSUA has been becoming a part of the Ambassadors program. It has helped me improve my confidence and meet plenty of new people. It helped show me how to make the most of my time at college.

My favorite campus tradition is...

Kick 'in It Late night is favorite campus tradition. It is a midnight kickball game held after move-in on campus. It is a great way to meet new people and get a feel for the campus atmosphere. We have fun playing kickball with different types of balls and plenty of different players. The best part is the free tacos afterwards!
