Ambassador at Louisiana State University at Alexandria
Class of 2023
Hometown: Dry Prong, LA
My favorite professor at LSUA is Dr. Julie Gill. Dr. Gill is such a helpful person and she is willing to go above and beyond for any of her students. She was my mentor for Ms. LSUA and she would always make sure I was heard as not only a student, but as a person.
My favorite spot on campus is our library. Our library is such a quiet and peaceful place to study and just hangout with friends. My friends and I would always go and rent out a study room to test each other and study before exams.
The atmosphere LSUA gives is so comforting. It feels like everyone is one big family here. Not only that, it is also really close to my family and friends. My family is super important to me so just being able to come home to them every night gives me a sense of peace.
My favorite tradition on campus would be our Trick or Treat street. This is because every organization gathers, creates booths, and gives out candy to the children around the whole community. I love this tradition because you can see all of the kids faces and see how excited they get because they can dress up as their favorite character.
