My favorite LSUA professor is Mr. Michael Wright. He is a Criminal Justice professor and has a lot of experience in the field. He makes every class interesting and motivates all students to work extremely hard. He is just a very kind person, who does treat you like just a number in his class. He puts in the effort to get to know you as a student to see how he can help you get the most out of your university experience.
I chose LSUA because I just new I would feel at home, happy, and safe. It seemed like a place where I could meet amazing people, make great memories, and grow as a person. I just had a gut feeling to come to LSUA and I am so happy that I did. I definitely made the right decision and I will never regret it!
My advice to incoming students is to be as active on campus as possible. Go to every event, speak to new people, try to make new friends and do not isolate yourself. The people at LSUA are incredibly friendly and are always willing to help you!
My favorite spot on campus is on the quad next to the fountain. The quad is the heart of the campus and is always filled with people. I love sitting there because it is so beautiful and I love hearing the water from the fountain.
