My advice to incoming students is...

get involved and make friends! College life can be overwhelming, but having people you can rely on makes the experience more fun and easier. Making friends is not as easy for some people, so joining organizations can help you meet people with similar interests.

My favorite campus tradition is...

Trick or Treat street. This event is a great way to connect and get involved with the local community. It also provides a safe space for kids to enjoy halloween and meet people with different backgrounds.

My favorite LSUA class/professor is...

any marketing class because it allows me to learn more about my interests and it will help me in my professional life after I graduate. Professors also guide you and help you get internships so you can apply your in class knowledge to real life.

My favorite spot on campus is...

the fitness center. Going to the gym is not the only thing I can do in there, as a student-athlete, I can have a study space and I can also get treatment with our athletic trainer whenever I need to.
